Sling Yer Hook

After 9 glorious years you'd think we'd run out of ideas for beers, but you'd be wrong. Our 9 Year Anniversary beer, a unique sipping brew with the distinctive nose of a well-crafted bourbon is silky smooth, like rich flowing caramel. We also added a pinch of salt to balance the roasted coffee notes and chocolate-like malt character of an Imperial Stout. It’s so good, you’ll tell anyone trying to get their grubby paws on it, “Sling Yer’ Hook!”

Barrel Aged Peanut Butter Milk Stout

It took us 10 years to put our decadent Peanut Butter Milk Stout in barrels ,and we\’re DAM thrilled we did. This specialty stout was aged in bourbon barrels to compliment the peanut butter notes and give you a bold, boozy treat. Released to commemorate our 10 years in business, we knew we had to throw it back to the beer that started it all. Let's Cheers to 10 years, and we look forward to many more with you.

PB&J Blonde

You can't brew America's favorite Peanut Butter flavored Milk Stout without asking yourself, what's this missing? Jelly, of course. Fall of Troy

We’re bringing back a fan favorite with dubious beginnings... let’s just say it was a mistake (Troy’s mistake), which proved to be a happy accident. This Mosaic hop laden Imperial IPA is smooth and juicy with notes of orange and vanilla. Troy is hereby inducted into our brewers “Hall of Shame”, alongside other legendary brews like Ivan The Terrible and Josh Dammit. Cheers.

BATCH 6

Batch 6 might be our most unique one yet. We took multiple barrels of our base blonde sour and blended them together creating hints of stone fruit and strawberries. We then decided to age the beer on fresh Apricots and Strawberries and the results were DAM good- the complexity and nuances at this stage were so enticing we chose not to fruit this batch like we had in those preceding it, making this a stand our in the series. We hope you enjoy this beer as much as we do.

BATCH 8

Batch 8 is a blend of our barrel-aged blonde sour beer with varying types of wild yeast and lactic acid producing bacteria. Once we finalized the blend, we then aged this beer on tons of apricots, because, who does not like a stone fruit sour? We sure do and we hope you do too.

BATCH 9

Batch 9 is a blend of blonde sour beer from multiple barrels with spontaneous yeast cultures harvested from the Vista air. All were aged for two years in French Oak red wine barrels. After aging, we threw this blend on top of Balaton cherries and let it age for six months. We are in love with this beer and you can truly taste Vista in this batch.

Ultraviolet Dreams

Our first wine hybrid is a blend of Pinot Noir grapes from Lester Vineyards and our Foeder base beer. This elegant fusion of wine and beer has a nice, bold red wine character that has a dry, tart, and funky finish. Ultraviolet Dreams encapsulate the best of both wild ale and natural wine.

Jammin Out

Jammin’ Out definitely holds up to its name with the sheer amount of blackberry flavor. The aroma is full of berry notes, with a hint of barrel characteristics. The soft vanilla backnote mixes well with the funkiness of the barrel, and, when all blended together, we hope you are left with what we'd like to think is a mouthful of blackberry cobbler. We hope this jam is gonna last.

Phantom Bride IPA

Named after the ethereal song by the one and only Deftones, Phantom Bride IPA is a blend of Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic hops delicately balanced for the perfectly drinkable mix of citrus and hoppy goodness. A truly original Deftones/ Belching Beaver collaboration envisioned by Chino Moreno and skillfully crafted by Thomas Peters. Sit back, put on your headphones and drink away.

No Worries IPA

INDIA PALE ALE

No Worries IPA is the epitome of a true West Coast IPA, but with a twist of modern-day hops & aromas. This hop forward West Coast ale pours clear with a nice bubbly head. Aromas of dankness and tropical fruit jump from the glass. The first sip will tingle your taste buds, and as the bitterness mellows the hop flavors take over. Strata, Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra, and Amarillo hops all lend their characteristics to this delightful West Coast IPA. This crisp, balanced ale will grasp at your senses and surely enlighten your day.

Hazers Gonna Haze

We went through a lot of iterations of our best hazy IPAs to bring you the best of the best with Hazers Gonna Haze. The foundation of our hazy IPA is based on a rounded mouthfeel to emphasize and highlight the tropical fruit and juicy flavors and aromas from the hops. The result is a juice bomb of crushable proportions.

Branded & Barreled Mexican Chocolate Cake

Aged in Bourbon barrels and flavored with Mexican chocolate & fresh cinnamon, this supremely decadent imperial stout can be enjoyed alone as a treat or poured over ice cream for a delicious adult float. Enjoy!
